Who we are
Eryntal is an independent digital studio. It designs websites for small businesses, from finished designs or as original work, and it builds its own software, including Tijdje. Company details that have been supplied are listed on this page. Details that are not listed have not been published.
What we collect
If you use the contact form we process the name, email, optional company name, message, locale, and any template you selected. Server logs may include technical data such as IP address and browser type, used to operate and secure the site. We do not create marketing profiles from this website, and no optional analytics product is connected.
Why we process it
We process enquiry data to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare a website agreement or to direct you to Tijdje. We do this to take steps at your request before a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you sent.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any agreement that follows. A numbered retention period is not published on this page.
Processors and Tijdje
Website hosting, domain and email providers may process data to deliver the service. Tijdje is a separate Eryntal product; its own privacy terms apply on tijdje.com. This website does not mix Tijdje customer data with website enquiries unless you send that information yourself.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data, and you may object or complain to a supervisory authority. If an email address is published on this website, use it for these requests. Otherwise use the contact form.
