About these terms
These terms describe use of this website. They are not a contract for a website project, and they are not the Tijdje product terms. Paid work is governed by a separate agreement. The contracting party and governing law are those named in that agreement.
Website offer
The public website offer has three routes, all excluding VAT: a monthly website from an existing design, from €25 per month; a one-time website from an existing design, from €999; and a custom website quoted from the brief. The client supplies all final media, branding and written content; Eryntal implements and optimises the supplied material in the selected design. The monthly starting price includes that adapted design, basic SEO setup, one content update per month, and small factual changes such as address, hours, phone, email or social-link updates. A content update edits or replaces existing supplied text or images inside the current page structure. It does not include a redesign, a new page, new functionality, copywriting, content strategy, advertising or marketing. Hosting is not part of the published monthly price unless agreed separately. Hosting, maintenance and future updates are optional on the one-time route. Professional photography, videography, logo design and copywriting are not part of the design offer. Extra functionality is optional and quoted separately. A minimum term, cancellation, and what happens to a subscription website afterwards are confirmed in the written agreement for that project. The included and excluded items published on this website form the commercial starting point. A written confirmation can refine scope for a specific customer.
Templates
Templates are starting designs. Live customer sites are customized. A preview is not a finished deliverable. Coming-soon templates may be requested but are not represented as live demos.
Tijdje
Tijdje is software owned by Eryntal. Use of Tijdje is governed by Tijdje’s own terms on tijdje.com. Website prices on this site do not apply to Tijdje.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content through the contact form.
Liability
Liability, warranties and indemnities for paid work belong in the service agreement. This website is an information and enquiry channel. It does not set a separate limit of liability.
